A total of 60% of the bulk samples taken contained diamonds (95% gem quality). Two hundred, seventy-eight stones with an average weight of 0.288 carats were recovered. The largest stone was 1.3 carats. The average stone size is above that predicted for the area.
Namco I has returned to the Hottentot Bay grant, Namibia, to test additional features prior to further evaluation of this highly prospective discovery.
