Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. has released the results of the 2024 annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024. All matters presented and recommended by management were ratified by the shareholders.
The business of the meeting included the re-election of Chris Castle, Robert Goodden, Linda Sanders, Jill Hatchwell, Ryan Wong, Georg Hochwimmer and Colin Randall as directors. Grant Thornton was reappointed as auditor of the company, and the amended stock option plan was approved.
