Nautilus Minerals Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting held today in Toronto, Ont., at which 26.28 per cent of the issued shares were represented. Shareholders voted strongly in favour of all resolutions brought before them.
Russell Debney, Nautilus’s chairman, said: “I am delighted with the progress we have made in the past year on the build of the sea floor production equipment. We accepted delivery of the sea floor production tools, commenced factory acceptance testing on the subsea slurry lift pump while also progressing the build of our production support vessel, which now has over 88 per cent of the steel cut.”
