Diamond Fields International Ltd.’s rights offering, further to news reported in Stockwatch on Dec. 18, 2006, will expire at 4 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday,
Jan. 30, 2007. The rights are trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange
under symbol DFI.RT.
Shareholders are urged to contact their brokers or financial advisers
well in advance of the expiry date.
4.041 rights plus nine cents entitles eligible shareholders to purchase one
common share of the company before the expiry of the rights offering.
The rights will cease trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange at
12 p.m. (ET) on Jan. 30, 2007.
