directors. In addition, Ms. Geingos has been appointed to the board of Namco
Namibia (Pty) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Namibian Minerals Corporation.
Ms. Geingos is an established Namibian businesswoman who serves as a
director of several prominent local companies. She is the patron of Namibian
women in business and is actively involved in the country’s business and
social development.
Ms. Geingos said, “NAMCO is one of Namibia’s fastest growing companies,
focused on technological development in the offshore diamond mining industry.
I intend to encourage greater Namibian ownership in NAMCO and to further
position the company for growth opportunities in the country.”
