| Clarion-Clipperton Zone | United States, DSHMRA, administered by NOAA | ~147,430 km² as filed | Application submitted 23 March 2026 and amended 18 April 2026. NOAA determined substantial compliance on 26 May 2026, announced 1 June. A final amended application followed on 17 July 2026. The company expects a full compliance determination within 30 to 90 days. |
| Cook Islands exclusive economic zone | Cook Islands Seabed Minerals Authority | Not yet defined | A subsidiary is incorporated but no application has been filed. - Substantial compliance is a procedural finding that an application is complete enough to review. It is not a license, and the company said so in its 27 July 2026 clarification.
- Deep Sea Minerals holds no International Seabed Authority contract.
- Its own presentation describes a planned split of roughly 60% NOAA areas, 30% Cook Islands and 10% American Samoa.

Non-derivative common shares only, so options, warrants and rights are excluded, and a director whose holding is entirely options shows nil. People who have ceased to be insiders are excluded, as are records left open by former insiders who never filed a notice of ceasing. Balances filed before the 2:1 share split of 26 May 2026 are restated to current shares. Percentages are computed against 47,800,000 shares outstanding.
