Diamond Fields director Stephen Malouf has resigned from the board. Jean-Raymond Boulle thanked him for his role in the company's reorganization.

Diamond Fields sold 4,333 carats at Antwerp tender on April 3, 2003. The average price of $147.67 per carat topped its two prior 2003 sales.

Diamond Fields recovered over 4,800 carats at its Luderitz project. It also sold 3,215 carats for $146.91 per carat on Feb. 28, 2003.
