At Annual General Meeting, PT TIMAH Distributes Dividends to Shareholders

JAKARTA — PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk is distributing dividends of Rp656.8 billion to shareholders from its net profit for the 2025 financial year. This amount is equivalent to 50 percent of the Company’s total net profit, which reached Rp1.31 trillion.

The decision to distribute the dividend was announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 financial year, held in Jakarta on Friday (12/6/2026). The dividend distribution reflects the Company’s commitment to delivering added value to shareholders in line with the positive performance achieved throughout 2025.

Meanwhile, 50 percent of net profit, or approximately Rp656.8 billion, was allocated to retained earnings to support business development and strengthen the Company’s financial structure.

In 2025, the Company recorded revenue of Rp11.55 trillion, up 6.41 percent from Rp10.86 trillion in 2024. Operating profit was recorded at Rp1.91 trillion, with EBITDA reaching Rp2.76 trillion.

On the operational side, PT TIMAH recorded tin ore production of 18,635 tons of Sn, refined tin production of 17,815 metric tons, while refined tin sales were recorded at 16,634 metric tons.

“This dividend distribution reflects the positive performance the Company has managed to achieve. That success is the result of the Company’s efforts to improve operational effectiveness, strengthen its business fundamentals, and maintain competitiveness amid the challenges of an ever-evolving industry. The Company is committed to creating sustainable growth and delivering optimal value to shareholders and all stakeholders,” said President Director of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro.

Restu added that throughout the financial year, the Company managed to maintain its operational and financial performance optimally through increased productivity, strengthened governance, efficiency across the entire business chain, and prudent financial management. These achievements form a strong foundation for the Company to deliver added value to shareholders while sustaining the growth of its business.

PT TIMAH is optimistic that it will continue its positive performance in 2026, as global tin demand continues to show promising prospects. Approximately 50% of tin consumption is supported by the solder industry, which is the backbone of the semiconductor and electronics sector. This segment is expected to continue to strengthen, driven by the rapid growth of artificial intelligence technology, the expansion of data centers, energy developments, and increasing investment in modern electrical infrastructure.

To capitalize on these opportunities, PT TIMAH has prepared a number of strategies for 2026, including accelerating production and optimizing reserves, digital transformation and sustainability (ESG), continuous optimization and efficiency across all business lines, and optimizing the performance of subsidiaries, non-operating assets, and other synergies to support the Company’s sustainability.
