Chatham Rock Announces Delisting Date From TSX Venture Exchange

Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd.’s shareholders have

approved the resolutions described in its press release dated June 23, 2026, at its special meeting of

shareholders, which took place in New Zealand on July 14, 2026. Accordingly, the company will

proceed to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange, which is expected to occur on the

10th business day from the date of the TSX-V’s delisting bulletin, being Friday, July 31, 2026.

The company has begun the application process for a primary listing on the NZX. As set out in the

June 23 press release, the company will also shortly be applying to continue its jurisdiction of

incorporation from British Columbia, Canada, to New Zealand, which shareholders also approved by

the requisite 66-2/3rds per cent of the votes cast at the special meeting.
