Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. has released the results of the 2025 annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025. All
matters presented and recommended by management were ratified by the shareholders.
The business of the meeting included the re-election of Chris Castle, Robert Goodden, Linda
Sanders, Jill Hatchwell, Ryan Wong, Georg Hochwimmer and Colin Randall as directors. Grant
Thornton, chartered accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of the company and the
amended stock option plan was approved.
