Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) Director General of IOM T. Abramowski took part in the ISA’s sixth annual contractors’ meeting, which was held from 22 to 24 October 2023 in Dar es Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania. Twenty-two representatives of exploration contractors attended the three-day meeting in person and remotely. The meeting was an opportunity for the ISA Secretariat to update contractors on organizational priorities and related activities. Participants had the opportunity to share information regarding exploration activity and discuss potential collaboration in exploration, marine scientific research and technology development.
