Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board.
Chatham Rock Phosphate’s last day of listing on the NZAX market will be June 28, 2019.
Chatham Rock Phosphate anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m. on June 28, 2019.
From its migration date, Chatham Rock Phosphate will be an NZX foreign exempt issuer under the NZX listing rules dated Jan. 1, 2019, and is exempt from complying with most of NZX’s listing rules as it will be subject to the listing rules of its home exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange.
