RIGHTS ISSUE
As announced to market last week, Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. intends to undertake a renounceable rights offer to eligible shareholders. Eligible shareholders will be granted the right to acquire one new share at an issue price of 40 New Zealand cents for every five existing shares they hold in the company. Eligible shareholders can choose to apply for more shares beyond this allocation, subject to the availability of shares.
