Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. has entered into debt settlement agreements with certain of its directors, officers and consultants. Pursuant to the debt settlement agreements, a total of $219,420 of unpaid wages and consulting fees to such directors, officers and consultants will be settled by the issuance of 477,691 common shares at deemed prices of between 40.9 cents to 57.6 cents per share.
The debt settlement agreements are subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Ventures Exchange.
