Earl V. Young, a current director of Diamond Fields International Ltd. (DFI), has been appointed as secretary and chief financial officer of
the company, taking the place of Gooroodeo (Mahen) Sookun, who has
resigned from those positions. Mr. Sookun will remain on the board of
directors.
