Nautilus Minerals Inc. has accepted the resignation of John O’Reilly from its board, effective Friday, April 16, 2010. Mr. O’Reilly joined the board of Nautilus in November, 2007.
Geoffrey Loudon, chairman, commented: “John has made a valuable contribution to the development of the company’s operations. The board has benefited from John’s significant industry experience and leadership. We would like to thank him for the contribution he has made to Nautilus’s progress to date and wish him well for the future.”
Following the resignation of Mr. O’Reilly, the members of the company’s board of directors are as follows:
