Neptune Minerals announces that it has issued 192,473 new ordinary shares to Alchemy Securities Pty Ltd. These shares have been issued in lieu of fees owed in relation to advice given by Alchemy with regard to the investment by Newmont Minerals BV on 18 June 2007.
Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 7 August 2007. Following the admission of these shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 64,872,063.
