A new 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan that replaces the company’s existing 20-per-cent fixed stock option plan was approved and the shareholders further approved the replacement of the new stock option plan with a further 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan in the form required by the Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the time of listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (if and when the listing occurs).
