Diamond Fields International Ltd.
has appointed
Gooroodeo (Mahen) Sookun to its board of directors.
Mr. Sookun is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and is currently group finance and administrative manager for
Titanium Resources Group Ltd., a company operating in Sierra Leone and
listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Previously he was with
the Mon Loisir Group as finance and administrative manager working in
Mauritius and Mozambique.

have Mr. Sookun join our board, and believe he will be a great addition to our
company. His extensive and varied business and financial experience in mining
