Diamond Fields International Ltd., effective March 27, 2007, completed its continuation from Yukon to British Columbia. Shareholders
approved the continuance at the company’s annual and special general meeting,
held Dec. 6, 2006.
The company’s new B.C. constating documents will be filed on SEDAR upon receipt of confirmation of filing from the B.C. registrar
of companies.
