M&A Advisors Ltd. received a finder’s fee regarding Epion’s portion of the private placement of $610,500 (U.S.) and was issued 185,000 share purchase warrants entitling the holder to acquire a total of 185,000 common shares at a price of $3.30 (U.S.) ($3.76 (Canadian)(i)) per share until Dec. 11, 2008.
