Ms. Norgate is currently financial controller and has acted as CFO of Macarthur Coal Ltd., a publicly listed Australian coal mining company with a market capitalization of approximately $1-billion (Australian). Prior to Macarthur Coal, Ms. Norgate was the financial controller of Southern Pacific Petroleum NL, a listed exploration company, as it went through the transition from exploration to owner/operator of a commercial oil shale demonstration plant. She commenced her professional career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
