Diamond recovery is exceeding expectations during the first nine days of the commissioning phase of the joint venture marine diamond mining vessel mv Ivan Prinsep at the Marshall Fork feature, offshore Luderitz, Namibia. The commissioning phase began on May 24 and is expected to take approximately one month. Full-scale diamond mining with joint venture partner Trans Hex Group of South Africa is scheduled to commence in late June.
