Namibian Minerals has signed an underwriting agreement
providing for the purchase by the underwriters referred to below from NAMCO of
3,930,000 shares of NAMCO, which will be sold by the underwriters by way of
public offering at $5.29 for $20,789,700. NAMCO will file today a final prospectus relating to the offer of common
shares with the Ontario Securities Commission and the British Columbia
Securities Commission. NAMCO will also file an amendment to its registration
statement filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
under the multijurisdictional disclosure system relating to the offering.
Yorkton Securities will act as underwriters for the offering in
