The Toronto Stock Exchange will delist Nautilus Minerals' common shares effective April 3, 2019, after the company's appeal against the decision was unsuccessful.
Nautilus Minerals obtained CCAA creditor protection from the Supreme Court of British Columbia and received a new interim loan of up to $4-million (U.S.) to fund restructuring.
Nautilus Minerals received a $500,000 (U.S.) loan from related-party lender Deep Sea Mining Finance under its secured credit facility of up to $34-million (U.S.).
Nautilus Minerals has not received a previously announced $5-million (U.S.) loan but says Deep Sea Mining Finance has agreed to loan it $500,000 (U.S.) for short-term financing needs.
