- Its 2023 western Pacific research cruise carried five ISA-selected trainees from Kenya, Nigeria, Argentina and Malaysia for at-sea environmental, geological and geophysical survey training.
- The company publishes no newsroom of its own. Its public record runs through the ISA.

Toward a collection test
- In May 2024 the company opened a stakeholder consultation on the environmental impact statement for a polymetallic nodule mining component test.
- The plan is a 1:5 scale test of its nodule collection and buffer station system in Block M2 of the contract area, within a 500 m by 500 m area on the Magoshichi Guyot.
- The test is intended to verify the reliability of the suspended collection method and the buffer station joint. It was scheduled for July to September 2025.
- On December 23, 2025, the company told the ISA secretariat that the joint test of the collector and buffer station had been postponed to 2026 because of the complexity of the test.
- Nothing has been published since. The company runs no newsroom, and neither it nor the authority has reported that the test has taken place in 2026.
