CHATHAM ADVISES EXTENDED CLOSING DATE OF 21 MARCH, 2025 FOR NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Further to Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd.’s press release on Jan. 21, 2025, regarding the company’s non-brokered private placement of up to five million units at a price of seven cents per unit (8.6 New Zealand cents or 7.8 Australian cents) for gross proceeds of up to $350,000 ($430,000 (New Zealand) or $390,000 (Australian)), the company wishes to announce that its anticipated closing date has now been extended to March 21, 2025, from March 7, 2025, in order to accept additional subscriptions; the extension has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.
