Pursuant to Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd.’s news release dated June 28, 2024, the company has closed its offering (as defined in that news release), issuing a total of 878,000 shares raising gross proceeds of $70,240.
All securities issued are subject to a hold period until Nov. 20, 2024.
Use of funds
The funds raised will be used for the following purposes:
Fast-tracking the mine development at Korella North in Queensland;
Continuation of the permitting process for the Avenir Makatea onshore phosphate project in French Polynesia;
General working capital.
