Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. has released the results of the 2023 annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023. All matters presented and recommended by management were ratified by the shareholders.
The business of the meeting included the re-election of Chris Castle, Robert Goodden, Linda Sanders, Jill Hatchwell, Ryan Wong and Colin Randall as directors. Grant Thornton, chartered accountants, was reappointed as auditor of the company, and the amended stock option plan was approved.
