The business of the meeting included the re-election of Chris Castle, Robert Goodden, Linda Sanders, Jill Hatchwell, Ryan Wong and Colin Randall as directors. Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants was reappointed as auditor of the company and the amended stock option plan was approved.
