Warner Bruckmann has resigned as a director of Diamond Fields International Ltd., effective today. Mr. Bruckmann felt it necessary to tender his resignation due to other pressing obligations; however, he advised he will continue to support the company any way he can. The board thanks Mr. Bruckmann for his assistance as a director of the company since June, 2013.
