Effective immediately, Francis Waldron has assumed the responsibilities of the president previously performed by Daniel Johnson, who will no longer be continuing in that role. Mr. Johnson will remain as a director of Diamond Fields. Mr. Waldron is currently the company’s chairman and chief executive officer and has been a member of the Diamond Fields board since June, 1999.
