Frank Waldron has been elected to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Waldron is currently a senior vice-president of international operations with the Mony Group, formally Mutual of New York. He also serves as a president of Mony International Holdings and a director of several Mony affiliates and Nord Resources.

Johnson, president and chief executive officer of Diamond Fields. “His extensive and successful experience in the international area of financial products and insurance will bring us a valuable perspective and will strengthen the DFI board. We look forward to Frank’s counsel as we grow the company to becoming a significant diamond producer.”
