Mr K.R. McKechnie has resigned as a director and non-executive chairman. Mr McKechnie has recently accepted the position of fulltime chairman and CEO of Indomin Resources Ltd, a Canadian mineral exploration company.
The board now consists of Messrs C.L. Disspain (non-executive chairman), P.L. Munachen (executive director) and H.D. Kennedy.
