Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corp., by a resolution dated Oct. 26, 2006, has authorized the extension until Feb. 12, 2007, of the expiry date of the 3.75 million share purchase warrants set to expire on Nov. 12, 2006, with an exercise price of 15 cents.

As of today, no share purchase warrants have been exercised.

The extension is subject to the approval of regulatory authorities.
