Namibian Minerals has received formal notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market that it will delist the company from the Nasdaq National Market at the opening of business on May 24, 2002, due to the fact that the company was unable to regain compliance with the minimum $1.00 (U.S.) bid price required under Nasdaq listing regulations by May 15, 2002.
Namco will continue to comply with U.S. listing requirements and there are no plans to change Namco’s other listings on the Toronto Stock and Namibian stock exchanges.
