Namibian receives capital repayment extension

Namibian Minerals’ senior lenders have extended the company’s capital repayment moratorium until Dec. 15, 2001. Negotiations regarding the rescheduling of the company’s banking facilities are in the final stages and the company expects that resolution will be achieved in December.
