Further to Nautilus Minerals Inc.’s news in Stockwatch on Nov. 5, 2008, regarding Anglo American increasing its shareholding in the company from 5.7 per cent to 11.1 per cent by acquiring 5,177,066 shares at $1.33 (Canadian) ($1.13 (U.S.))(i) and 3,756,636 shares at $1.46 (Canadian) ($1.24 (U.S.))(i) pursuant to an anti-dilution right granted to it, that the subscription has now been completed. Total funds received were approximately $12.4-million (Canadian) ($10.5-million (U.S.))(i). Nautilus is pleased to confirm it has made application for 8,933,702 common shares to be admitted to AIM and Toronto Stock Exchange. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Nov. 19, 2008.
