Nautilus Minerals Inc. has sent a notice of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and an information circular to its shareholders regarding the approval of the private placement to Epion Holdings Ltd., as previously announced in Stockwatch on Sept. 27, 2007, and Oct. 9, 2007. The EGM will be held on Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at 10 a.m. at the Metropolitan Hotel, 645 Howe St., Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
