The 75th Council of Interoceanmetal Joint Organization

Szczecin (Poland)  The 75th Council of the Interoceanmetal Joint Organization has been organized in the form of videoconference on 26 November 2020, with the participation of plenipotentiary representatives and delegates of the IOM Member States (Bulgaria, Cuba, Czechia, Poland, Russia and Slovakia). The Council meeting was chaired by Mr Andrei Gagelganc.

The participants discussed the current activities of the IOM, in particular the Plan of work for 2021 and the candidacy for the post of Director General of the IOM. Dr Tomasz Abramowski was re-elected to continue working in this position. In accordance with the IOM’s internal rules, the next Council meeting is scheduled for May/June 2021.
